What if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

Our company is based in Canada.

Is your site secure?

The site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the small green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you). All pages are secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

Where do we deliver and what are the shipping fees?

We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates vary depending on the order details.

How long does it take to deliver?

We prepare and ship your orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once the order is shipped, delivery times are 7 to 12 days.

I made a mistake with my address, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general terms of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
